EA Staff (Retired)Hi @KIngPharoh23 Thanks for trying these to confirm you are on a One and not a Series X|S right? Can you try removing any other USB device you may have plugged into the console then launch the game again and check if this happens in a match?
Also, could we get info on the following?
Network Type:
Console NAT Type?
Are you on an insider Build?
If you are on a series X|S do you launch from quick resume or with the game completely shut off?
Did u get the picture of the settings ? I tried submitting it?
- EA_Illium@KIngPharoh23 I do not see one, when you hit the "Reply" Button, it will take you to a screen you can enter text for a reply, In that box, you should have a button at the top to insert image.
I keep taking the picture and it doesn’t let me submit it
There’s no way u guys can just get into my madden account and see what’s wrong I have a good team and it’s very frustrating keep getting desync every game

To confirm I don't see your NAT on the image, you can find a guide to check it here. Also to confirm are you on an insider build of Xbox that's their program to get and try features early it is an unstable build however and can cause issues.
