Desyncing in madden 24 when I’m playing defense

Everytime I play on defense against an another player it goes into desync error! As for the other online player he setting motions and picking different routes and soon as he hikes the ball rolls out then bam desync! But never had any issues like this in other leagues or I never had a connection problem in other modes just with other people in franchise mode pictures I’m showing you now is me being of defense with the chiefs
