This is correct if somewhat misworded: "Advisor: The player that do not receive the points are not viewed not qualified by our studio team, That's why you did not grant by the coins."
This is not correct, we cannot grant any items or in-game currencies via Answers HQ or our other game forums: "Advisor: However, There is only one way to grant the points is to post in EA forum, Then they might Reviewed the account and check for the possibility to grant the coins."

Thanks for the reply. That first part was very confusing. Is it stating that I do not qualify for the training points? Cause I should according to a chart posted by @EA_KRAELO on twitter. I even know other people who received the training points for almost the same thing, just applied to a different card. Is there anything that could be done?I have reached out to him, customer service and now this forum.
I am also in the same boat as this guy, I didn't get training and to respond to what you said about if a person didn't receive training then they dont qualify for it. I would respond to that by saying that when I bought the chemistry I had no knowledge of a fix coming to fix those abilities therefore it shouldn't matter when I bought it as long as I bought before a fix was announced. EA gave out compensation based on the broken abilities that players bought before they knew a fix was coming. If I dont qualify for the training could I at least get a reason as to why.
