Didn’t receive my MUT PACKS

I preordered the madden superstar edition but no packs are showing up for my mut team. The notification pops up that says I have received them (your additional content is now ready). But it’s no where to be found in my mut team, yes I checked my unopened packs, nothing. I did a hard reset on my PS4 and still nothing. No other profile has loaded the game. No idea where my stuff is but I paid extra for it and I want it.

    I imagine those pre order packs won’t be available until official release date on 8/2

    @E-I-U-WOLF I’m not sure about that, but that’s probably the longest I’ll have to wait. If after that then it’s a separate issue, especially since I’m receiving the notification that I have them.

    I bought the ultimate edition and disnt get any preorder packs like promised. They robbed us and they dont care. They are laughing at us while spending our money. Should contact the police for this robbery

    I bought the digital code at Gamestop for the Superstar edition.

    In MUT, there is no unopened packs and I can't find them anywhere. At the title screen (every once and a while), it will cut to a screen and tell me that my packs are available, but there are no instructions that I saw and the only place to click is on a "Dismiss" button.
