I never received my rewards after getting ranked LEGEND in solo battles week ending 1/17/21. I have contacted EA help 3 times and it seems they cant see my info for that week even though i was told they can the past 2 weeks and even sent a screen shot of my ranking. Its been 2 weeks now and each time I contact a rep it takes 45-60 minutes just to be told "theres nothing they can do and I might get my rewards soon and case will be CLOSED. WHy close a case if its not resolved. Its fustrating EA is throwing this under the rug, I was told by the rep this is the first time he is hearing of this and if they get more calls like this they will look into it but will close my case until I call again since they now can not verify the games played. How is this the first time if this is all over media threads including there own. This has become a money pit and the issues are too much for me to enjoy this game anymore. What good is investing another week in this if you cant handle all these issues and continue to ask people to be patient. ITS TIME EA!!!!!!!!! #No longer waisting my time with what could be enjoyable!!!!!!!
