Summarize your bug Disconnect glitches. Look I don’t punch too many tickets or ask for much help. But I’m trying to become a pro in madden and qualify for tournaments. I got 17 wins last week and it should’ve been 19 or 20. But I got disconnected. This weekend league I was 10-1 and was disconnected glitched twice back to back. And am now 10-3. This is a competitive mode and should not allow any sort of this. These tournaments and opportunities are life changing for people who put time in to become good that the game. And it is not fair to be glitched out wins. I’ll take my losses but when I’m cheated something has to be. I’m not asking for much. And honestly all I would like is to revive those two wins or have the opportunity to play those two games again. I know and understand you guys are busy and respect but coming from a customer who puts a lot of money into the game and time. I hope we can figure something out. Wasn’t able to get there exact gamer tags but one started out with “Cassius” and the second one was “Paw2raw” I believe. Hope this helps and hope we can solve this issue. Again this happens to me all the time in regular h2h but it’s ok but weekend league it shouldn’t be allow in generally but definitely not weekend league. And I am currently top 60 in h2h so you can see how much time I put into the game. You guys stay blessed!
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bans players or whenever someone disconnects from the game no one is resulted with a win or loss. You guys should check with pros and content creators and keep up with the accounts that are doing it. And ban madden completely from their entire console. Because they can create another account and continue doing it. It’s really ruining the game!!
What happens when the bug occurs? I receive a loss every time someone disconnects me. And it’s not my internet. I get 300+ download speed consistently.
What do you expect to see? A fix to this or some sort of fairness for those who are playing right. Look I know you guys cannot see everything and cheating is always going to occur so if we can come up with a bigger penalty. Maybe it will cease but it’s just not fair

I couldn’t get any screenshots because I didn’t know what was happening. After I get back to the Home Screen it just shows I have a loss. And when it’s back to back that’s crucial when trying to qualify!
