Disconnection issues

To whom it may concern, 
          Why is it when I’m trying to play a solo battle or a  season game I get disconnected when there is nothing wrong with my connection everything else is working fine. I feel just about more than half of the games I attempt I get a recorded loss and disconnected. Would someone please be so kind as to work on this problem as I have seen many are having this same issue.

    @zabrinity 

    You're very welcome! Often, power cycling your equipment will resolve this. Please try the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    I'm really sorry for all the frustration with this. Let's see if we can find out why you're disconnecting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, what system are you playing on?

                thank you for your response. I am currently using a wired connection and I am using a ps4.

     unfortunately it is still occurring. I will reattempt the power cycling and have since been troubleshooting. Nothing yet. I really appreciate everything. Thanks again.

        I called Comcast to have them do a modem reset as well. Thanks again friend. 

  • Good news!, 

        I did not completely unplug everything because it is working so much better. Thank you 1000 times over. Now I hope I don’t jinx myself but about 20 games and no disconnects.

    @zabrinity 

    Great! For future reference, unplugging your modem performs the same reset that your ISP performs. Just keep that in mind if you don't want to contact their support. Good luck and let us know if you have any more issues.
