No i have tried till im blue in the face! They really in the end just say sorry theres nothing we can do! Or .. wait a few days , go on hold for hours , transfer 3 times , and then still nothing we can do. Or if you lose 100k they will give u 10k ? No accountability. Right now i just tried to get a refund or a whole nother bundle for all the value dropping and missing items! They Blame each other! Ea says psn 's problem. Psn said i bought a bundle from ea so i have to talk to them even though i bought the points from psn to use on ea! Its a cya blame the other guy and no one has to be accountable kinda thing! Is this the equivalent of a pondsy scheme? or pyramid type Thing? Enronish? Or just really bad customer service! And technical support!
