Does ANYONE at EA care about customers?

Is there ANYONE at EA who is charged with considering how customers are treated? I've never had so many problems with any online service and the recent outage of PSN illustrates the general attitude....

AMEN!!! there has no communication for at least 12 hours and still the servers are down. GIVE ME A BREAK EA communicate to the gamers who pay your salaries.

Im playing black ops for now until they fix ea! I did the promo all the things i got are worhtless now markets changed alot! Missing presents! Some expired!
