Summarize your bug I have an active EA Access subscription but when trying to play the trial for Madden 20 the game loads into the main menu then shows a white screen saying my profile requires an active EA Access subscription while asking for me to buy EA Access.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sign into an Xbox account with an active EA Access subscription, then download the Madden 20 10hr trial and start it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot play any game mode or navigate the main menu. There is just a white screen that asks for me to sign into an account with an active EA Subscription even though I have one and am the only account logged in.
What do you expect to see? A main menu where I can choose a game mode to play.
