EA ACCOUNT INVALID EMAIL: madden

    Hi @colossalglory,

    Ok, thanks for clearing that up. The caching likely isn't a factor so but resetting the password has helped some console players encountering that error message. More often than not however, it's email related on the EA account side. You'll need the support teams help in that case. You can reach them here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/contact-ea-help/

@EA_Lanna On PS5 trying to log in to play Madden 23 it asks me to enter my email address. When I enter my email address it says,”This is your email address across all EA games and websites.”
