EA app crashes constantly trying to play madden

Madden won’t launch on my machine. 

last thing it said was my cloud save was corrupted, since then every time I try to play Madden the ea app crashes. 

I notice if I play offline it works , however, when it comes back online it deletes my save file from /user/Documents/Madden/Saves , then the app crashes.

    Hey there, 

    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems launching Madden NFL. As you mentioned that you can launch the game while offline, can you please try to go offline, launch the game, and once you're in the game, try to alt+tab and go online on the EA app to see if that works?
