EA app says "unavailable" and does not let me play M23 at all, cant open it

i went to open madden 23, and it said "someone has downloaded the game on this pc or another PC" or something idk, and now i cant open the game at all. it says "unavailable" and when i click on the g...

@lxostt To confirm did you first access the game with an EA Play subscription or from purchasing the game on your EA account?
