EA BAN

I was banned for “cheating” on my main account… I then contacted each and explained to them I was sorry for any wrong doing and didn’t understand the severity of the alleged cheating. I started a new account just so that I could play madden and was instantly banned after a day on the account… please someone help I am so sorrry
