EA PLAY - 10 Hour Trial can’t connect to servers

Hi, so I have EA Play and played about 2 hours upon release of the game and now I want to finish out my 8 hours to see if I want to buy the game, however I keep getting an error that I can’t connect...

@EA_Kent Brother, I appreciate what you're saying, but you've replied this to everyone here having the same issue. This is occurring across multiple accounts and multiple users. I've tried the basic connectivity steps to no avail. This has something to do with EA, EA Play Trials, and Madden servers. This isn't a user issue.

And yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled it.

I have the same problem and I have reset my WiFi and redownloaded it and i still have the same problem
