EA PSN linked account
Hi, Im looking for some help for a buddy of mine who purchased madden 21 a couple of months ago. He was able to play online and it had no problems, but as of 2 months hes been unable to play as an EA account he had set up a few years back was linked to the madden 21 game he was running. It says his credentials have expired so he is unable to log into ea help using his psn and he doesnt know the account that is linked. Is there any way to fix this as it seems ridiculous to pay full price for a game that you cant run off an account you used to pay for it. This should be something you can solve off of your psn. Is there anyway he can refund the game and make a new Ea account or if any support can actually help link a new account to the PSN he bought the game with. How can someone get locked out of a game on an account they bought it with. Absolutely ridiculous. Is there anyway to fix this without coughing up more money to Ea on a new PSN account? Thank you

Please pass this link along to your friend which will contain steps on account recovery. If your friend is not able to recover the account he registered his PSN ID to which has Madden on it, I'm afraid he'll have to consider purchasing the game again on his new PSN ID or contact PlayStation Support if he's requesting a game title to be transferred to another PSN account.
