ea servers can't process request

Ever since I bought a gold membership I have been getting this error message "ea servers cannot process your request" trying to play madden 20 MUT. Been 2 weeks now. Would love to understand why.

  • Hey guys fixed it. YouTube ThatMUTGamer and error message video. Changing active line up fixed it for me. Hope you have the same success.

    Hey @jahamic

    Where are you running into that error? Is it coming up as soon as you try connecting to MUT, or is it happening when you're trying to play a game?

  • It is when I try to click and load MUT or any online features

  • I am also having the same problem as the rest of these people.

    Thanks for the updates, all. 

    I'd like to start off with some troubleshooting to see if we can help get you logged back into MUT. First I would recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. 

    If you're still getting the same error message after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

    - Xbox One

    - PlayStation 4

    - PC

  • Did the troubleshooting stuff, still not working, this is happening now and also happened a couple months back at the time another event began.

    Hi, I'm having the same issue. Store works fine, K.O works fine just as soon as open any challenge error message appears : our servers cannot process your request. I've spoken with EA support on chat. They recommended clearing alternative mac data. Didn't work. Been like this for over 24 hours.

    Were you able to try changing your active lineup like @TronBox2 suggested? Are you still running into the same connection errors afterward?
