Email for Login verification is not mine

I’m having the same issue. And EA’s “Help” website is no help at all. 

Same here as well. After a couple days I finally got someone on the phone but they just kept telling me to fill out a form that I already have.

same thing happened to me. Just bought the game and cant even do anything on because the email and phone number for verification are not mine. EA has awful customer support system as can't even seem to get a phone number to call. Please help with any solutions you may have!

I gave up on EA,you’re right they are useless. I created new psn account and new ea account. Im online now but had to pay again for psn but at least im playing now.

Same thing happened to me.. very odd. Also can't link my Xbox account to my EA account because of it.

I hope you've all been able to get into the game by now. 

If you are not able to login to the game because the email address registered to the EA account is not accessible, you will be required to contact our Live-Support team to prove you are the real account owner. Ideally, the owner of the account has access to the email address, but we know there are circumstances where you may no longer have access to an email because it was created a long time ago so we have additional steps for account verification.

We understand this can be frustrating for some of you just wanting to jump into the game, but with the rise of Madden Ultimate Team and our stance on protecting EA accounts from unauthorized access, we want to make sure it's not easy to gain access to an account that is not yours.
