I have already tried all of these things and nothing worked.

3 years ago@vikeskid28 Does this happen to any other accounts, or a guest account, on the device? Also to confirm, do you have anything else plugged in via usb?

I don’t have access to another account that I can test Madden with. There is nothing plugged in to my USB port.

Hi @vikeskid28 Can we try to manually clear the cache by powering off the Xbox, once done unplug the power cable and give it a few minutes for the console to lose any power retention, then replug and boot back up to check if this continues?
