I don’t have access to another account that I can test Madden with. There is nothing plugged in to my USB port.

EA Staff (Retired)Hi @vikeskid28 Can we try to manually clear the cache by powering off the Xbox, once done unplug the power cable and give it a few minutes for the console to lose any power retention, then replug and boot back up to check if this continues?
I have done this over five times and it hasn’t worked
