3 years agoHi @vikeskid28 Can we try to manually clear the cache by powering off the Xbox, once done unplug the power cable and give it a few minutes for the console to lose any power retention, then replug and boot back up to check if this continues?

I have done this over five times and it hasn’t worked

@vikeskid28 To confirm are you on the latest stable build of Xbox OS, or on an Insider version?
