Hello we get the “error” “our serve s cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later”
this has been going on for about 2 days when we try to do Challenges on Madam 23. We have a PS5. Photos of the error are attached and what I think is our serial number. I’m just the dad trying to help his son with his PS5 issue. We run internal through Xfinity and connection test checks out. Also did an update test and all is updated and running off the current software
