ERROR our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again la

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Date/time issue occurred as soon as I got it.
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug everytime I try playing in MUT a ERROR comes up and says "our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again later." it's been more than 5months and still is saying that what can I do to fix it. I tried generating best team, and taking off x factors that is not working.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? how do I fix it
What happens when the bug occurs? ERROR our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again later. than it just kicks me out to the main menu
What do you expect to see? I just want to be able to play mut again.

    Summarize your bug The online modes have never worked for us ever in the game. Get the "Our servers cannot process your request. Please try again later." Error every time. Have gone through every troubleshooting guide out there and EA has left me hanging.

    Won't let me attach photo of the error, but in the text.  I'd prefer a refund or a disc copy of the game at this point if EA Won't support their product.
