Date/time issue occurred: 12:14pm
What were you doing when it happened? Opening my franchise
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Saved and exited
How often does the bug occur? Probably forever if it’s not fixed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get me back into my franchise that I worked hard on please and thank you
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: file too big it reads out “ERROR: Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu”
