- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- Platform you play on (PS5/PS4/Xbox Series X, PC)
- Which game mode are you getting this error in
- Have you tried power cycling your console and local network (Yes/No)
- When did you start experiencing this error? Did you always experience it or did it show up after an update? When did it start happening?

I spoke to EA chat yesterday and they said this is a known issue effecting many people across all platforms and that they are working towards an update to fix it. That's it. So it's something on their end and there's nothing much for us to do but sit and wait and not be able to play the majority of the game that we purchased.

I've been able to confirm the team is aware of this and in the process of identifying the root cause. We'll update you all when we can, thanks for hanging in there!
- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Hanging in there... Yep. We've been 'hanging in there' for a decade now, hoping against logic for a decent game.
Doesn't fill me with much hope when I cannot even play the game I paid for.
