I just spoke with EA help, and they said that we will get all of our awards after the investigation and fix are over. As far as the xp disadvantage from not being able to complete time sensitive missions such as daily and weekly, they will take a look at that on a case by case basis and possibly give compensation.
I hope they fix it soon. As for the XP reimbursement I don’t think it should be case by case. Me personally have pretty much given up on the game as I don’t expect EA to actually care after they fix it. I’m optimistic about them eventually fixing the bug but it will put everyone behind too far. If they give us all daily and weekly credit and rewards up to the point when they fix it I feel like I’d be okay with that. But I’m not going to grind campaign missions for 100xp and then get to a point where it’s harder to pass because I never got the xp I deserve from the performances in each match. I get on and usually run just the missions that will disappear after a time since those will never be rewarded back if they aren’t completed on time. I’m at about a week and a half with bugs in both MUT and Face of the Franchise that makes both unplayable.

@krome86 EA told me to play MUT like normal, and all of the awards and xp will be given from the challenges. For whatever that's worth. The case by case thing refers to the xp from missions involving stats, daily, and weeklys.

@ReVoLuTiOnEvLvD Thanks for letting me know. I normally get on once a day to run enough to clear the daily challenges to check and see if it has been fixed. Still kind of tough to want to play when there is no guarantee of rewards.

@krome86 Yeah, I have mostly focused on making and saving coins from the market in the meantime. For some reason, I received my awards for legends, but haven't received any for completing all of the 2nd superstars drop.
