Yup, i'm having this problem too. Can't upgrade Kam because my objectives aren't being counted. Feels like there's no point to even playing anymore. I subbed to Play Pro, if it's not fixed within the next two weeks, which is when my sub ends, I won't be renewing for sure.

This was raised last week on 8-22 when I started requesting info from players in the thread. The team is still actively looking into it and we apologize it hasn't been addressed sooner. I'm indeed getting the error myself. For me I can luckily get around it to continue playing the game but it's popping up on a lot of screen transitions. There are certain issues that can be addressed in hotfixes if possible, especially if they are an easier fix. If it's more complicated it can take longer. There are others that might need to wait for a bigger title update because of how it also may impact other features.
I assure you the team has been working around the clock on this, I unfortunately don't know the specifics on time-frame or difficulty of it though. We should find out more details on this in the coming week when the teams are back in the office. We can't thank you enough for sticking this out for us.- 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry Appreciate the response. Hopefully the fix will be soon. I know it's out of your hands. It's just frustrating. Do you think I should still play the solos knowing I'm not getting the rewards ATM? Talking about the limited ones.

I agree. It’s very frustrating. I’ve been having the issue for nearly 2 weeks. I am still only doing the challenges that I know will disappear so that I can at least get the stars associated with them. Other than that the overall game is unplayable due to not being able to receive any Xp or objectives.

A huge chunk of the game is literally unplayable for a significant number of people. How are you going to compensate everyone for the lost progression xp and packs and points and cards that we’ve earned but haven’t been awarded? Your communication on this issue has been abysmal and I’m shocked anyone in this thread would actually thank you for doing absolutely nothing for us. The severity of this problem means it should have been the number one immediate priority for the dev team, yet you ask us to continue waiting indefinitely for a fix that you and your company have been completely silent on for over a week, without even a mention of compensation for your massive screwup. EA should be ashamed by the state this game was released in.

That's what I want to know. A lot of us are missing out on a lot of progression and we don't even know if we'll ever get our rewards.

You solve the EA error unable to retrieve to EA but now there is a new error related to this because now i can´t create my avatar and also the entire game is bugged. I can´t acces to any game mod or other screen. Only the picture screen is the one im able to see. I´ve tried to restart the game and also i reinstalled the game and always is that screen and i can´t acces to the game.

I'm having the same issue as byDraXler0. I downloaded the latest update that was pushed.
I'm not getting the profile error anymore, it's just stuck at the Physique Selection screen now. At least I could play some of the game with the last error, now I cannot get past this Avatar creation screen at all so the game is totally unplayable. It just spins in the bottom right corner trying to access the profile.
