Hey, everyone.
Have some more questions for you to determine the cause of this error.
- For those that are experiencing it do you remember if it started happening after you made any changes to your Avatar?
- Are you able to edit your avatar in game at all to see if that has any effect?
- Did you ever link up your game to Madden 22 Mobile?
Cannot edit avatar so no.

Yes... I think so. before purchasing on Ps4. And have carried this link over from Madden Mobile last year too.
But I only used it for a week and have no desire to use Madden Mobile again
- 4 years ago@KiwiRayLewis I also cannot UNlink my account from Madden Mobile. Maybe if someone could actually do something about this problem rather than spinning wheels and scratching your cracks over at EA, that'd be wonderful. It's been a month since I reported this.

The Yard is not in Madden 22 Mobile yet, but would you be able to download the latest version and login since progression was shared among both accounts to see if that has any positive effect on you editing the Avatar in Madden 22?
Thanks for getting back to us with the details. The team is still looking into this and it seems to be a difficult issue to locate the root cause. We're looking to gather as much information as we can from players here to determine what was done prior to the error to help them with the investigation.- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Uninstalled and reinstalled latest version of Madden Mobile and the EA Account there is still linked.
Still unable to access the Madden Profile from the main game menu screen to make any changes to the Avatar - it just boots me back to the main page again.
If my EA account was unlinked from the Mobile version of the game, would that solve it? I'm not going to play the Mobile game again- EA_Blueberry4 years ago

You're not able to unlink Mobile from your EA account through the mobile app. I can't guarantee that would even work though, but thanks for confirming the steps for us so we can get this over to the team. We'll continue to update you all on the status of this as soon as we can.

I wish I could say I'm surprised, but it's just another speedbump in the rocky road we have come to know as Madden.
The game is essentially unplayable in this form, at least in the ways that EA markets. There has been ZERO real effort to rectify this issue.
Can you please direct me and the rest of the people on this forum here to the channels where a formal complain can be made?
This lack of result is ridiculous.
