The Yard is not in Madden 22 Mobile yet, but would you be able to download the latest version and login since progression was shared among both accounts to see if that has any positive effect on you editing the Avatar in Madden 22?
Thanks for getting back to us with the details. The team is still looking into this and it seems to be a difficult issue to locate the root cause. We're looking to gather as much information as we can from players here to determine what was done prior to the error to help them with the investigation.
Still unable to access the Madden Profile from the main game menu screen to make any changes to the Avatar - it just boots me back to the main page again.
If my EA account was unlinked from the Mobile version of the game, would that solve it? I'm not going to play the Mobile game again

You're not able to unlink Mobile from your EA account through the mobile app. I can't guarantee that would even work though, but thanks for confirming the steps for us so we can get this over to the team. Can you DIRECT MESSAGE ME your Madden User ID? It's found under Settings in the top right corner for Madden Mobile. It's the numbers. - EA_Blueberry4 years ago

Also, are any of you able to launch the game from a different account on the same console? If you only have one copy of Madden 22, there is an option to share your game to other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the home console. We want to verify this is specific to the account you're experiencing this error on.
If you are able to launch the game from a different account without the error, can you let us know what happens when go back to your main account?

Only have one account on my ps5. So it’s specific to my account. Not sharing madden either.

I unlinked my ps4 from origin from an old email that I didn't have access to and linked my ps4 to a new origin account with the same gamer tag Dta734 I did this in the process of when I started playing the game in September so my previous save on the ea account is preventing me to start over and make a new one I've deleted everything I could on my end cloud save deleted and all rebooted and I only have this account I don't have access to the account that my ps4 was previously linked to and wouldn't matter can't unlink my ps4 from my new account until next year and I just tried what I thought my other account was on origin I don't remember the password or even the email that I don't have access to which is why I changed everything I haven't played a ea sports game since I had an email over 15 years ago

I tried on my brother's PS4 since he has Madden 22 as well, I got the same issue where he does not have any issue whatsoever. I also took the time to download to my PS4 Pro and the error happened. I primarily play on the PS5
- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry If I Login Madden 22 on a different account on my PS5 it has all game modes, no Error at all.
