face of franchise crashing and deleting save

Summarize your bug When i start a season on face of the franchise i get to about the 4th or 5th week and the game freezes and pops up a error measage then shuts down. When i turn the game back on the halfback that i created is now a quarterback and i have to start the face of the franchise all over again. I have tried restarting the game several times but this has happened to me at least 6 times sense friday 10/28/2022. Restarting the game does nothing i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice but this does not help.The game also just freezes up alot.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a face of the franchise season play till 4th or 5th week.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game pops up a error code and then shuts down. when i restart the game my player is no longer a running back but has been switched to a quarterback, and i have to restart the season all over again.
