Face of the Franchise cb can not press

Not sure what changed but in face of the franchise when playing as a cornerback I was able to press the receiver 5 yards before the line of scrimmage and zone chuck when in zone the first couple of weeks the game came out. Now the prompt appears as if you are able to press but when you push x and the left stick on ps5 nothing happens the receiver just runs by you. The zone chuck prompt does not appear in the game at all anymore. Hopefully this can be fixed back to how it was.
