Face of the franchise edit class

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One X

Date/time issue occurred 9/28/2021 1100 am
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Face of the Franchise
Summarize your bug When I click on edit class it switches to the screen and says there was an error retrieving the data. Please try again later. I CANNOT GET TO THE STATS TO UPGRADE!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Face of the franchise in the season. Click on edit player and edit class.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t boost my xp at all. It doesn’t let me get to the screen at all.
What do you expect to see? The edit player screen to come up!

    Hey there.

    We haven't received a lot of reports about this since the game released and it could be a local save issue, connectivity, or rare bug.

    @EA_Blueberry Late reply but I do not see many posts regarding this, but I came across the same bug recently. Every time I try to upgrade my player in Face of the Franchise I get an error message saying "ATTENTION: There was an error retrieving the data. Please, try again later"

    I am experiencing this on PC through EA Play and restarting my PC has not fixed this issue.
