Face of the Franchise glitch

I played an entire season as a CB in FOF. I got up to an 85 overall level 14. After winning the NFC championship game, when I went back to the menu it lowered my overall to a 73, level 1. I played the Super Bowl and won and I thought the game might correct itself but it did not. In the Super Bowl I still played as a CB, but I realized my position in the upgrad player screen shows a QB. It seems like the game thinks I am now a QB and a level 1 QB which is probably why my skill points are so low. Even my abilities show as QB as I can only equip bazooka, run n gun, or truzz. I am hoping it fixes itself or EA can fix it for me as I won defensive player of the year as a CB a and broke the record for most interceptions in a season. 

As you can see in the photos the game shows I am a CB with the x factor of bazooka. It also shows my phyique as a CB but the player position is a QB. When you go to the roster it also shows my position as a CB with the x factor of bazooka. 

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

    EA doesn’t respond to this problem. They simply don’t care about the players enough. This has been an issue since 2022. Basically they could care less. Not even a word about fixing this issue nor will they acknowledge the problem. I’m currently having this very problem and after reading through the complaints I now realize that it’s an issue that won’t be fixed anytime in the near future. It’s already been a year with this issue and EA won’t even acknowledge their faithful madden players. Says a lot about the company and who they’ve hired to monitor this website. Take responsibility and fix your game EA. This is madden!!!

    It just did it to my 87 ovr HB AT lvl 18. I left the game on and went to shower and when i came back after the game went to sleep (or crashed) i restarted it and was a lvl 1 qb after i had over 2000 yards and 31 tds on the season, its now let me take the no fumble feature for qb even though i still get to rush on plays, but my stats took a huge hit.
