Face of the Franchise madden 21

madden keeps crashing while I am playing face of the franchise, and instead of saving the progress of where I am it literally restarts me all the way to the begin. One time I was in the playoffs in the NFL, and the other time I was just drafted and starting preseason. Does anyone else keep having this problem? If this keeps happening I can’t see myself playing this game much longer. Fix your game EA we pay a lot of money for this game each year, it seems like at this point you don’t even care about people just the dollar signs.

    Gotcha, thanks. Can you try something else for me to see if it helps? Highlight Madden NFL 21 on your Xbox dashboard, then hit the Menu button on your controller. Go to Manage game & add-ons, then scroll down to Save Data. Highlight the saved data for your Gamertag, then choose the Delete Everywhere option. 

    Start Madden back up and see if your Face of the Franchise is able to save afterward. Let me know how that goes when you can. Thanks again!

    Hey @ashlam2012,

    When you've got a chance can you try using a different first and last name for your player to see if that makes any difference at all? Let me know if the progress still isn't saving after that.

    I have done a different name and different position, and still kicked me back to the start. It’s very frustrating, and makes it impossible to enjoy that mode.

    Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive, or is it installed on the drive that's built into your Xbox?

    I have it stored on my ps4 and it automatically says ea servers are down?

    why is face of the franchise not working will not save progress... this is frustrating as hell

    Which platform do you play on? Are you getting the same error message, or are you seeing something different?
