I had this exact same problem!!! It makes my player a qb but I can still play cornerback, but with no upgrades or anything. I tried to contact EA via email, but basically got blown off. Hopefully they fix it soon
Cannot believe that this is still an issue. You posted this is september 2022 and its November 2023 and I am having this issue. But in that same time EA has released so many microtransaction patches. So this shows us all they dont give a crap about us only $$$$$
