Open up a new case for me. My old case is 164796694 (closed but not resolved). If I don't stat getting some answers, I may have to contact my attorney about this.
Also, why can't I find a way to contact EA support by phone, email, or even live chat anymore? Every time I try, I get sent to the infinite hell loop of looking in the community threads where other folks like me are having the same issue and can't get EA support to reply or contact them. What gives?
