false ban for match cheating

banned for match cheating! why? i play on PC from germany. i play challenges and solo battles ( i have no runstickskills ) no H2H games or seasons. got banned last week for match cheating. DM @;field ghoul on twitter got unbanned.

two days later banned again since monday.

i have no tools in use and no reason to cheat

    I'm sorry, we can't look into this for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.
