False permanent ban from Madden 21 MUT and auction house

I’ve been falsely accused of breaking the user agreement rules of madden ultimate team and it’s auction house. I’ve emailed and received nothing back. This shouldn’t take long at all to get my accoun...

@stalhill using the trade block to trade cards. That’s all I did and they banned me. I didn’t buy or sell coins and did not cheat but that’s what they did to me. Just banned me without any explanation..  so ultimately I have to conclude that it’s a direct result of using the trade block.

@Da_Magnificent I don’t know... I’ve never managed to use the Trade Block myself, so that can’t be what’s happened to me.
All I’ve done is use the Auction House to buy and sell. Clever use of the AH to buy cheap Gold cards for c.2-400 and sell them for 1000+ or focus on Platinum Cards (when someone sells them cheaper than quick sell) Is all I can be ‘guilty of’ and as far as I’m aware, that’s not a breach of TOS.

Interesting to see Blueberry try to spin my mention of kids against me as if that could be a reason - but they don’t play Madden. Just getting ridiculous now.
