FG block exploit? madden 23 mut

Summarize your bug I think the player was using a Field goal kick blocking cheat. I am not sure since his players were really fast, but I noticed my blocking linemen didn't move and that is usually what happens when that cheat is used. Otherwise there is a pause which allows the defender time to go in and block the kick.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Here is a link to a youtube video I made using the ps4 capture a video feature that shows the game play at one moment where the strange play occured. https://youtu.be/lhWFkw_GuD0 There is more than one instance in the game and I think this player has done this before in MUT games against me.
What happens when the bug occurs? The person is able to block kicks and field goals and then run them back often for points which keeps me from scoring and adds points to their score and then changes the way I am playing since I can't rely on using the kicking game to score points.
What do you expect to see? I simply am looking for confirmation that this was or was not a cheat or glitch and if it was I would like to see the person "punished" and investigated so that they have to stop and that they get some sort of negative result from this. I don't want them to be able to cheat me or anyone else and I think the cheat should be "fixed" out of the game essentially. I don't want the person overly punished as in banned necessarily but I don' want them cheating either obviously.

    Ha, it's been a thing the whole year for Current Gen players, taking EP's and FG's out of the game completely without EA doing a thing to address it. If Madden 24 BETA doesn't prove it's been fixed I won't bother with the game again.

    yeah, ever since their source code walked out the door or whatever people have been able to mess with the game. Not a good situation. I have people use it to win money and to knock me out of prize tournaments. I've gotten better at catching it but it is still a pain to edit and upload the video and get it posted before the tournament rounds advance etc. Thanks for posting your response so I have some one validating that it is in existence.
