I have not been able to view any of my Field Pass Progress since yesterday. When I select any of the three I'm given an error message

I tried all the above and still wasn't able to play online in any way. Is there another solution?
I too have been unable to connect to online MUT house rule games. I have attempted all the above mentioned ideas as well as deleting and re-installing the game. This is rather frustrating given the amount of time and money I have dedicated to this game.
I am getting the same error except my menu doesn't even show the online head to head game options. I get this error when I try to buy or post a player from the AH and I get kicked to the main menu. My field pass and missions are also messed up. EA Help confirmed no ban or suspension on my account.
I have earn countless xp and cp thought the field pass. And you guys say it's all recorded when I clearly see that its not.. I play the games the solo the challenges and nothing changes. We madden community work our * off to earn rewards. And nothing to show for it. How are you keeping track of xp and cp earned if it's not registered on the game. I made enough to get trevor Lawrence last time and nothing recieved and now its happening again. Y'all jipping people out of all the rewards earned. I played enough to have level to earn up to level 20 on competitive pass and my cp doesn't move. This is nonsense EA. Then y'all say next week and I'm clearly not going to get anything I worked for
@akenyon030 I still have all my options, but I am now going on like 2 weeks without being able to play. I missed the end of the last competitive season and missed Trevor Lawrence and now I'm probably going to miss this competitive season to get Tariq Woolen. It's not fair to us who can't even play by no fault of our own to not be able to get those players. I also think it's interesting as well because when I called EA Help, they told me there was a large volume of calls about this very issue and the Madden team has no fix. Don't worry though, he told me to log in every day and check to see if the problem is fixed. I was on the fence about buying Madden 23 and I guess my gut was right when I said I didn't want it. It Sucks that EA has a monopoly on NFL games. In all my years of playing madden, (since Marshall Faulk was on the cover of my Gamecube madden) I have never had this many issues with being able to play.
