Madden 23 has reset my level and I can't play h2h I can only play solo battles and challenges.
My field pass just reset to level 2, and I have no way of playing MUT H2H, im trying to save my coins for Dickerson and I literally can’t, so I want it fixed and some sort of make right whether it be a card or something.
Most people cant play solo battles. They are doing something and half the game is in shambles right now. I cant even upgrade players right now.
On third day with no solo battles. Since launch was stuck on level 2 with field pass as missions weren't recognized as completed even though they still are and now it reverted me to level 1 and have no access to solo battles at all.
On ps5... was a preorder purchase as well.... seriously thinking I bought a game brick. But at least I can throw a brick.
@cdub21gamingI have the exact same issue as you. I was max level 61 and now I'm level 2 plus the head to head option is missing.
1). Solo Battles does not load up with opponents
2). I bought a pack from the store and redeemed a set, but neither of the achievements show up even after reloading the game.
3). Rewards from Madden 22 for Solo Battles used to include multiple packs for higher levels achieved. Now, Madden 23 is just giving 1000 coins for each level accomplished when it was working. I paid $100 for the game on pre-order. Why is the game being so cheap with its accomplishments, making it more like a pay-to-play game. What gives?
4). Because solo battles is down, objectives on the competitive field pass are much harder to come by. Another reason why this needs to be fixed before continuing to push new players and new promotions. Need to fix the bugs in the ones you already have released first. All of these bugs are ruining the game.
5). Overtime doesn’t work properly. When the first team scores a touchdown in overtime, the game should end like it does in the NFL. Instead, the game keeps going and if the opponent happens to respond with a touchdown, then a second touchdown has to be scored to win the game. That’s not how they do overtime in the NFL, and this really, really, REALLY needs to be fixed.
PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!! I can’t be the only one in the Madden Community who is noticing all these bugs. Fix the game you have currently before continuing to add new content.

I was stuck on level 3 for season 1 and now I am stuck on Level 1 for season 2. EA what the hell!!! Its been two months since this freaking game came out and you have customers who paid for this garbage. What's the ETA for a fix??
