What happens when the bug occurs? doesn’t let me load in mut
What do you expect to see? the challenges show that i have completed them

i’ve done all the starting mut challenges but they do not register and therefore i can’t play mut. so i wasted 60 bucks
I had this problem too, but I have it on Xbox Series x. I've tried restarting the game, uninstalling, and reinstalling the game and nothing has worked yet.
- @JackJosie This is crazy. I'm having same issue on the PS5. I've played the startup challenges 4 times now. Closed game and Uninstalled all of it. No luck. I hope this thread gets attention so they can fix the issue.
there are 2 possible options that could work.
1. play some games in fotf
2. let a friend invite you and play the 4 starter missions together

im level 4 on the competitive field pass this week got none of the rewards suppose to have 15k coins and a mut champions token so far, also was not rewarded 100s of thousands of coins in h2h games.. its a joke this should be a free to play game idk how they make billions every year but im never spending money on this game again I feel so robbed

Dude I just had this problem I’m a level like 29 an I can’t load in I’m so annoyed, I’ve spent 150 dollars on this game an I can’t even play

- @JackJosie Cmon EA you have to do better I just spent 80 bucks in MUT and can’t access my team !
How can this even happen EA can’t mess up MUT (by far the biggest and most popular mode in madden) like this, it needs to be fixed ASAP, this is sad. Has to be some kinda of large compensation for literally not being able to play the only game mode people actually spend money on and it being as soon as the new comp field pass comes out, I mean really how can this happen?

Anyone figure out what's going on? The ultimate team button doesn't even show up on the load in screen for me and when i try to access it on another way like the ads that pop up ot says i don't have access to this section. Just played last night no issues then it updated and it's now gone and can't get in.
I have the same problem. I was playing mut earlier today now it doesn’t even show the mut icon. Anything related to mut That I click on says “you don’t have access to this action”.

- @JackJosie I got the update today and mut doesnt show up on the bottom row of modes. Then when you figure out another way to enter it tells me I don’t have access to this section. Any ideas ?
Mut wont load at all says content unavailable any idea ?
I completed the first 4 ultimate challenges, and now my ultimate team wont even load? Haven't been able to open any packs to see my team or anything.. closed my game, restarted my ps5, deleted the game, redownloaded nothing has worked. Any fix?
Not going to keep re-downloading for nothing to work, it's just using all my monthly data up at this point.. probably going to have to pay for an overage this month, so thanks EA.

For anyone having an issue entering MUT or completing the Intro Challenges, would it be possible to see if you can purchase a 300 coin pack and open. Then check if you are able to continue?
