My DIGITAL COPY of this game is missing half its features weeks after release. I tried talking with live support, suggested I troubleshoot on Playstation support even though it’s EA’s and Madden’s problem. Also suggested I post here. I’m at a plateau in MUT as I can’t get rewards from leveling up or access missions to get Team Captains or points. I’m done buying this game at release and absolutely will not be playing another Madden title unless someone can fix my problem.
This is a week after I wasn’t even able to play Ultimate Team after a bug prevented me from being able to complete the starting challenges to unlock my team. Astounding game design and troubleshooting systems by EA.
It's absolutely terrible. My game is the same way.

Can we PLEASE geta refund. you guys obviously care more about putting out new content and farming money than you do fixing the game. This. Is. A. Day. 1. I have purchased this game about a month ago and it was the first one in years that I’ve said okay this game could be good. Come to find out I am unable to progress in my ultimate team dude to the field passes giving me an error when I try to open any of them(Had this same issue since day 3 of the game). This is completely unacceptable, you guys took my money and won’t give us any sort of time frame when we can play the game. And on top of that you offer no logical way to get my money back for this alpha test of a game you decided to release. If anybody can help me getting my money back that would be great or just fix your game. If John madden was still alive he would be outraged by the terrible service and product you guys put out on a yearly basis. Just fix the game or give me my money back.

I’ve been having the same problem for 3 weeks. I’ve tried clearing cache as well as deleting the game and re downloading multiple times and nothing works. At this point i don’t care about a fix I just want my $60 so I can buy the new call of duty

It is so irritating I have had the same problem! And I am a big MUT player and spender 🤑 no MUT h2h and I am at level 2 for XP which isn’t true and I can’t claim anything on the access pass! This game is trash madden please fix this ASAP
Yep same here shamefully have dropped probably like 500 on this dog water game already this year and I cant even count on them to make a field pass that actually tracks my stats correctly. Im also stuck at level 2 and not receiving any reputation for finishing field pass challenges they aren't even tracking for me

Fed up. Want my $100 back
The most frustrating part is that no one seems to care. Keep getting generic responses and DMs from EAHelp - not the helpdesk people as they can only provide information they have. I fear they know root cause of error but do not have a solution. If that's the case, fine, just tell us and give us our $ back. Not buying NHL 23 or any other EA product until I get resolution (not that they care about that either).
