My DIGITAL COPY of this game is missing half its features weeks after release. I tried talking with live support, suggested I troubleshoot on Playstation support even though it’s EA’s and Madden’s problem. Also suggested I post here. I’m at a plateau in MUT as I can’t get rewards from leveling up or access missions to get Team Captains or points. I’m done buying this game at release and absolutely will not be playing another Madden title unless someone can fix my problem.
@nepatriotsftw I have the exact same problem, digital copy as well. i've done every "troubleshooting method" you guys throw at us and not a single one worked.
