My DIGITAL COPY of this game is missing half its features weeks after release. I tried talking with live support, suggested I troubleshoot on Playstation support even though it’s EA’s and Madden’s problem. Also suggested I post here. I’m at a plateau in MUT as I can’t get rewards from leveling up or access missions to get Team Captains or points. I’m done buying this game at release and absolutely will not be playing another Madden title unless someone can fix my problem.

I have purchased this game about a month ago and it was the first one in years that I’ve said okay this game could be good. Come to find out I am unable to progress in my ultimate team dude to the field passes giving me an error when I try to open any of them(Had this same issue since day 3 of the game). This is completely unacceptable, you guys took my money and won’t give us any sort of time frame when we can play the game. And on top of that you offer no logical way to get my money back for this alpha test of a game you decided to release. If anybody can help me getting my money back that would be great or just fix your game. If John madden was still alive he would be outraged by the terrible service and product you guys put out on a yearly basis. Just fix the game or give me my money back.
