Date/time issue occurred:
Are you getting an error message?
What were you doing when it happened?
What was the last action you completed before it happened?
How often does the bug occur?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have:There was a similar problem last season with 2 of my friends and it was never resolved, they didn’t get anything from the season pass the entire season including xp and now I am having the problem why is there such game breaking issues like this going on, it makes some things literally unusable and gives other players a clear advantage
And this is happening on Xbox Series S for me, I can access the competitive field pass and the most feared but not the Season 2 field pass which makes it so I cannot level up. This happened as soon as I started playing when season 2 was released. One time it let me open the season pass and gave me a few thousand xp but once I exited it I could not access the it again and haven’t been able to since
Stats aren’t tracking, wins aren’t tracking, none of the field passes (season, competitive or most feared) are tracking anything. Its all over twitter. You’re being tagged in tweets 100’s of times per minute. Yet no acknowledgement that you’re even looking into it. It just screams of either incompetence or indifference. Im not sure which would be worse.
- @EA_Illium Updated my game and now nothing tracks. Uninstalled reinstalled still nothing. What’s the point of waisting money on packs when your games broke all the time
I can open my field pass and lots of my objectives are not tracking i don’t know what to do.

I'm on Xbox one, and when I try to the season 2 field pass it gives me the message, "Unable to retrieve your objectives progression information from Ea Servers at this time. Please try again later". The most feared pass and competitive pass work but this one doesn't. It has been going on since season 2 came out, and I haven't been able to level up the normal field pass or do monster maker challenges. Help would be appreciated.
