focus players

Hello.

I've started several franchise as owner.

Each time I'm unable to change the focus players or the weekly game plan goal into the weekly strategy in team profile.

I would like to know how to do.

The focus players are choosen by the IA and I can't change them and I need to go into franchise profile to change the weekly gameplan goal.

This is not intuitive, maybe I've missed an option.

I haden't this pb in the other maddens.

I play on xbox series X.
