What are you running your sound through? Is it going through your TV, or do you use a headset or sound system?

i was using Goji headphones from my controller, but i am cool i finished the game and got my platinum in it. So basically i am finished with game, there could be a small possibility it had something to do with my own audio as no one else has mentioned they had similar problems

Summarize your bug At first, after selecting my player’s voice, he spoke answers to questions but after moving into the nfl during, during press conferences he is not speaking any longer, you must read the text for responses
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run FoF and get into press conferences, I chose to switch back to QB and chose random team, so I’m on the bears as QB. Happens in all press conferences
What happens when the bug occurs? You see player mouth moving, no audio, you must read text for his responses. All other audio seems to be working
What do you expect to see? Expect to hear the voice I selected answering the questions

I was thinking it may have been a case where the sound was coming through audio channels that couldn't be played by your sound device. I've seen that happen with other games in the past. Sometimes you can fix it by changing your console audio settings to make sure they work with your audio set up. For example, if it's set to 5.1 you would need to make sure your sound is going through a device that supports those channels, otherwise you may not be able to hear all of the audio.

I have the same problem. Playing on an Xbox one x. Sound comes through tv speakers. No audio at all during scoreboard dedication ceremony. 

also, noticed audio was low during all cutscenes, but sounded normal during games.

Have you double-checked to make sure your audio channels are configured correctly? If you're running your sound through a headset, have you checked to see if spatial sound is enabled in your Xbox settings? If it is, can you try disabling it to test and see if that makes any difference at all? 

If you're using your TV's audio can you test and see if using a different HDMI port or cable helps?
