Franchise Create-a-Coach/Use Retired players

As the title says. It would be nice to have a deep in depth character creation option for coaches. I'd like to be able to create a coach in Franchise and have as many creation options as I have for create-a-player or face of the franchise character creation.

I'd also like to be able to use a created player as a coach in franchise after I retire that player... but that would require being able to go beyond 30 seasons if you really wanted a deep franchise run.
