Summarize your bug Downloaded draft class rosters appear in the 'my downloads' section, but aren't available to import or actually use anywhere else in franchise. This is a separate issue than last month's "creator deleted file" issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make a franchise, try to upload a custom draft
What happens when the bug occurs? the draft class defaults to randomly generated players
What do you expect to see? the draft class i downloaded
